Mr. Chi-Chia Hsieh, MTI Chairman.

Dr. Hsieh was in charge the Microwave Design of Farinon Division in Harris Corporation before joining MTI, and was dedicated to RD technology of microwave communication products. As one of the co-founders in MTI, Dr. Hsieh also served as Vice President of Marketing Department in 1983, general manager from 1985 to 1999, Vice Chairman from 1999 to 2013, and then Chairman of MTI.

Dr. Hsieh’s abundant specialty and experience in marketing built up the foundation and strategic partnerships with MTI.

Dr. Hsieh graduated from National Taiwan University, and holds a doctor degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Eugene Wu, CEO & President of Microelectronics Technology Inc., and Spokesperson.

He has joined MTI since 1994, and he has been responsible and contributed for MTI's major business. Also, Mr. Wu has established very long-term strategic relationships with our major Satcom customers, and he leads MTI to penetrate into new business and trends for future growth. He acts as CEO from 2022.

Mr. Wu holds a master degree in Electrical Engineering, University of Pittsburgh, USA and master degree in Business Administration, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA.

Mr. Hunter Huang, Engineering Vice President of Microelectronics Technology Inc.
Mr. Huang joined MTI in 1988 as an RF Design Engineer. Mr. Huang joined and contributed a lot of ODM/JDM design & engineering projects, including Digital Microwave Radio XCVRs, Ku/Ka Band Satellite XCVRs / Mobile LTE RRH communication products, and UHF Band RFID solutions. With more than 30 years' experience, Mr. Huang led MTI Engineering teams awarded from customers and won the prize from government institutes many times. Mr. Huang also has been Engineering Manager, Director. Mr. Huang was promoted to Engineering V.P. in 2007.
Mr. Huang holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Feng-Chia University in Taiwan. Mr. Huang became an IEEE Senior Member in July 2021.

Mr. Dunga Wu, Chairman of Jupiter Technology, and Vice President of MTI Operation.

Mr. Wu joined MTI in 1994. During these years, he worked in Production, Sales, SCM and other departments. Since 2019, he has served as Chairman of Jupiter Technology. Mr. Wu has been contributed in improving production efficiency for a long time. He also served as Executive Vice President of Wuxi Taiwan Enterprise Association. In addition, he currently supervises MFG, SCM, IT functions of MTI Group. Mr. Wu holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering-Transportation Technology and Management from the National Chiao Tung University.( Now changed name as National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)

Mr. Roger Chang, General Manager of Jupiter Technology.

Mr. Chang joined MTI in 1995.He acted as product engineer and manager of MTI. He successfully supervised Jupiter team to achieving improvement of product quality, manufacturing procedure efficiency, reduced production costs, and minimum inventory control projects as Engineering Vice President of Jupiter Technology since 2007.

Mr. Chang holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Sun Yat-sen University.

Dr. Davis Kent, President of MTI Laboratory.
Dr. Davis Kent joined TelASIC Communications in February 2002, then MTI’s acquisition of TelASIC Communications in 2009. Dr. Kent was assigned as a Section Head of Hardware Development in January 2013 and was promoted to President of MTI Laboratory in April 2018. Dr. Kent has over 22 years of experience in System Engineering, Digital Processing and management in the telecommunication industries. He is Technical Head of Research and Development for MTI Global Mobile, and is responsible for the development of new products. Dr. Kent received his BS and MS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Virginia, and Ph.D. degree in Imaging System Theory from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Tarakaram Choudary Guntupalli, President of the RadioComp Aps.

Mr. Tarakaram Choudary Guntupalli joined RadioComp Aps as a Section Head of System Test in July 2022 and was promoted to President of the RadioComp Aps in April 2023. Before joining RadioComp Aps, he had over 15 years of experience in System Test, Project Management and Quality Assurance experience. He had problem solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to issues. Mr. Tarakaram Choudary Guntupalli holds an Master degree of Computer Application from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
