【Creating a Healthy Workplace | MTI Earns the National Excellence in Healthy Workplace "Health Management Award"】

To encourage businesses to actively implement smoke-free workplace policies and promote various health initiatives, the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW) aims to establish healthy work environments and foster healthy lifestyles. Not only does the MOHW honor exemplary workplaces, it also honors individuals who help promote employee health with awards for outstanding healthy workplaces.

This year, after a three-stage selection process, the Ministry of Health and Welfare chose MTI from among 192 companies nationwide. MTI stood out in the final selection and was honored as one of the award-winning companies, alongside renowned enterprises such as Micron Taiwan, Delta Electronics, Lite-On Technology, VIS, and Wiwynn Corporation. The award recognizes its proactive efforts in promoting workplace health, fostering a happy work environment, and building a healthy workforce!

Under the support of General Manager and CEO Mr. Eugene Wu and the dedicated efforts of Ms. Mina Kao, MTI Technology’s workplace health promotion initiatives have earned significant recognition. The company has been honored with the MOHW's National Outstanding Healthy Workplace "Health Management Award" for 2024!

The award ceremony took place on December 10th at the A2 International Conference Hall of the National Chengchi University Public Affairs Center. Ms. Vivian Chiu, MTI Technology’s Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager of Human Resources, represented the company at the event. The award was presented by Tsou Tzu-Lien, who serves as Director-General of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for the Ministry of Labor at the event. During the event, Ms. Chiu and Director-General Tsou exchanged insights on workplace health topics, expressing optimism that MTI will continue to draw on the successful experiences of other companies to create the best possible healthy and safe workplace for its employees.
